The strategist of purchases and innovations in the supply chain. The MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in corporate purchases (P&G, Pepsico, GSK, Novartis). He has worked for over 8 years in Switzerland, managing purchases at the regional (Emerging Growth Markets, Europe) and global level (Head Global Sourcing Marketing). He has built global strategies for the purchase categories with annual expenses of 2 billion USD, realized saving budgets up to 200 billion USD. The co-founder of the global procurement strategy for the function of nearly 1 thousand employees. The creator of the global innovation strategy for the above-mentioned functions and innovative procurement processes. Deeply convinced that sourcing can generate a significant value for organisations (solving business problems) by modifying the contemporary procurement processes and building new skills. Within the framework of the activity in the Association, he wants to realize the aspiration of creating the procurement qualifications centre in Poland on the scale of Central Europe, and then Europe.
|Andrzej Zawistowski, Member of the PSML Board
Senior International Manager with the documented thirty years of experience in the international environments, creating and effectively managing the teams for logistics, distribution, procurement and strategic relations with the suppliers, on the local, regional and global levels. He has many years of experience in managing people and projects in the field of Global Supply Chain (product costs, purchases and managing relations with suppliers, transport, warehousing, planning the sales and production, distribution of finished products with the full customer service, etc.). He has gained extensive experience in the optimisation of processes and implementing comprehensive IT platforms – among others, J.D. Edwards, SAP and Oracle. A long-time negotiator, with the abilities to persuade and implement cost-effective optimal solutions in complex and demanding organisations. Working for over 13 years in one of the world’s biggest tobacco companies, he has created an organisation from scratch, which is responsible for managing the supply chain in the manufacturing plant in Poland, and then in the company headquarters he was responsible for the global purchases in the non-productive area. After returning to Poland, he built one of the first Procurement Groups in the country with the participation of 1- large companies, and for the next years he has been responsible for negotiating global contracts on behalf of the Group.
|Teodor Łukasz Kula, Member of the PSML Board
More than 16 years of working in multinational business environment with speciality in management, logistics, sales and development. Experienced change manager responsible for building and execution of domestic and CEE regional company expansion strategies. Expert for “Green Field” actions – concerning automatic warehouse design, abnormal transportation projects for energy sector as well as establishing and developing new business organizations. Many years close cooperation with European and Asian partners. Since 2009 keeping head position of ESA Logistika Poland, which belongs to global logistics provider Hitachi Transport System. About one year Board Member of Polish Supply Management Leaders (PSML) where is responsible for coordination new challenging program for young logistics talents called Top Young 100. He graduated as a master on Akademia Ekonomiczna in Katowice.
|Dariusz Botkowski, Member of the PSML Board, treasurer
Logistics practitioner who gathered experience in companies like DHL Express, TIM S.A, Syncreon, Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Specializes in designing and implementation of innovative supply chains and IT solutions supporting logistics management. Graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, International Business Course in Antwerp, postgraduate studies at International School of Transport and Logistic, University of Social Science and Humanities, Wroclaw University of Economics and 6sigma course at White Raven Academy. In his career was responsible for complex management of logistic companies’ sites, creation and introduction of logistics strategy for one of the biggest electrotechnical distributor in Poland. Experienced change manager, responsible for reengineering processes in e-commerce companies, including introduction of IT solution supporting logistics management like WMS, TMS, VMS. Specialist in optimization of logistics processes using Lean and 6sigma tools.
|Monika Duda, Member of the PSML Board
Monika holds the title of Partner in Industrial and Logistics department in M4 Real estate. Previously Associate Director in the Department of Industrial and Logistics at Cushman & Wakefield in Poland. Monika has over 8 years of experience in logistics, working min. for ID Logistics, CAT LC and Kuehne + Nagel at many national and international projects. Monika has experience in project management, business process optimizations, sales, negotiation, coaching and marketing. Monika gained professional experience working for over two years in ID Logistics as a commercial director, where she was responsible for managing all commercial and logistics operations in the company.
|Piotr Sędziak, Member of the PSML Board
Senior supply chain manager, covering variety of areas related to the logistics flow. Specialized in digitalization of the supply chain, working currently for one of the biggest IT distributor in Central Eastern Europe with turnover ca. 1 BLN EUR. He is responsible for inbound, storage, outbound and reverse logistics in the whole region, indirectly leading group of more than 300 employee and managing cost budget of more than 10 MLN EUR yearly. Graduated from Kozminski Univeristy in Warsaw with master degree in economy, post-graduate studies of Quality Management, logistics management from Poznan School of Logistics and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from EY (Ernst&Young Business Academy). Keeping also position as Operations Director and Proxy, has deep understanding of the complexity and risk related to the strategic and operations decisions, being inevitable part of the daily business routines. Truly believes that supply chain is not the cost driver, but value creating competitive advantage in the highly dynamic environment in the era of Industry 4.0 and e-commerce driven logistics. Working additionally as lecturer and voluntary, he like to share his knowledge and provoke deep discussion over the shape of the logistics, affected nowadays with dynamically changing technology, consumers behaviour and ecommerce dominance.
