The 13. Workshop organised by Polskie Stowarzyszenie Menedżerów Logistyki and Open Nexus and dedicated to procurement managers took place on 01.12.2016.
The basic aim of those workshops is to share experience among people working as procurement executives in different branches and businesses.
During the 13.th event we have discussed:
- Daniel Matela`s project nominated to the Lider Zakupów contest
- efficient procurement process
- negotiations issues and barriers.
The next workshop about lean in procurement will take place on 2.03.2017
