Mariusz Gerałtowski – President
Procurement Director, Fujitsu

Strategist in the supply chain and passionate about developing talent and teams. MBA graduate with over 25 years of experience in corporations (P&G, Pepsico, GSK, Novartis, Fujitsu). For 8 years he worked in Switzerland, managing the function at the regional level (Emerging Growth Markets, Europe) and global (Head Global Sourcing Marketing). He built global strategies for procurement organizations and procurement categories with annual expenditure of USD 2 billion, implemented by teams saving budgets of up to USD 200 million.

He returned to Poland with deep faith in the human capital of his countrymen, with the aspiration to build a supply chain competence center on a European scale from Poland. As the president of the board, PSML initiated, among others, programs and, acting to promote business involvement in educational processes.

Addicted to an active lifestyle, he enjoys the time with his family and beautiful cars.

Andrzej Zawistowski – Treasurer

Senior International Manager with documented thirty years of work experience in international environments, creating and effectively managing logistics, distribution, procurement and strategic relationships with suppliers at local, regional and global levels.

Working for over 13 years in one of the world’s largest tobacco concerns, he created from scratch an organization responsible for supply chain management at a production plant in Poland, and then at the group’s headquarters he was responsible for global procurement in the non-production area.
After returning to Poland, he built one of the first Procurement Group in the country with the participation of 10 large companies and for the following years was responsible for negotiating global contracts on behalf of the Group.
Currently, he is a member of the XBS GROUP Supervisory Board and supports innovative solutions offered by XBS in the area of ​​supply chain management.

For over 10 years actively involved in creating an active shopping environment. For over 6 years he has been working socially as a member of the Board of PSML. He is responsible on behalf of PSML for preparing the substantive program of the largest POLZAK Procurement Conference in Poland. Lecturer at the Academy of Leon Kozmiński – post-graduate studies in Procurement Management and undergraduate studies in Trends and Challenges in 21st Century Shopping.

Dominika Żwirbla-Kalman – Sectretary
Head of Procurement, PORR

A manager with extensive experience in the area of purchasing and project management acquired in international corporations in the energy sector. Currently Head of Procurement at PORR S.A.

Earlier, for over 4 years, she held the position of Procurement and Logistics Director at Siemens Sp. z o.o. cooperating in the EMEA region with several European countries of the Siemens AG concern. Her responsibility at Siemens included Indirect procurement as well as creating a procurement policy with an emphasis on good practices, defining standards of partnership cooperation with contractors. Professionally associated with the procurement area for over twenty years. Previously, she worked for 7 years at PKN ORLEN S.A. managing strategic procurement for the Capital Group Companies. She has created and successfully implemented cooperation within the framework of central procurement in the Group for several Direct shopping categories.

She is a certified mentor and graduate of Jacek Santorski’s Academy of Leadership Psychology. She is passionate about the development of not only hard competences, but above all soft skills, which translates into cooperation in her environment. Open, dynamic, active and communicative. Her greatest success is doing difficult, risky, sometimes impossible through work, courage and team creativity. She values ​​independence in action, caring for development and mindfulness in professional and private life. She is inspired by crossing borders in every area of ​​our lives. Monika Duda
Managing Director Poland DHL Supply Chain

Monika Duda has over 13 years of experience in working for international corporations, she specializes in strategic supply chain management, management of operational departments and strategic business development.

In her career so far, Monika Duda has been involved in logistics projects carried out for renowned players from the retail and e-commerce sectors, including: IKEA, Carrefour, Auchan, Hutchinson and P&G.

In the past, she held the position of Associate Director in the Logistics, Warehouse and Industrial Department at Cushman & Wakefield, an international commercial real estate consultancy. She was responsible for the development of the business line, for managing relationships with key clients and business partners, as well as for coordinating the activities and work of the team dealing with consulting in the field of logistics space.

Before taking the position of Managing Director of DHL Supply Chain, Monika Duda – from September 2016 – was a partner at M4 Real Estate, a company specializing in comprehensive logistics, investment and development consultancy, in the rental of warehouse and logistics space, as well as in the implementation of BTS and BTO.

Monika Bis
Strategic Procurement Expert

Expert in strategic procurement of “in-direct” type with 18 years of professional experience in an international environment in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, financial and medical industries, of which the last 7 years in senior management positions. In 2011 she obtained the title of Procurement Manager of the Year, awarded by Members of the Polish Association of Logistics and ProcurementManagers, during the 9th POLZAK Congress for the implementation of the supply chain risk management process at Provident Polska SA. She was the longest associated with Provident Polska SA. In 2011, she transformed the procurement function and the position of Director of the Procurement and Supply Management Office. In 2014, in the International Personal Finance plc. Financial group she was promoted to the position of Group Procurement Senior Manager. She led the project of centralizing procurement for the needs of 8 EMEA countries in the years 2014-2015. In 2015, she took the position of the Director of Central Procurement and Administration at Medicover Sp. z o. o. where she was responsible for the centralization of procurement and structures of all companies within the Medicover Healthcare Services capital group.

In the years 2012-2014 she conducted postgraduate classes in supply chain management at SHG. From 2015 – currently she teaches postgraduate studies at ALK – Procurement management in the subject of risk management in the supply chain. Co-organizer of Shortlist Consulting training for advertising agencies and media houses in the field of preparation for tenders for marketing services for the client. Co-organizer of three editions of the conference “In the tender triangle: marketing – shopping – agency” 2015-2017.
Countless speeches at industry conferences (shopping and administration). She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology with a specialization in marketing. She also completed post-graduate studies at the School of Banking in Gdańsk in the field of corporate finance management. Currently, during certification studies in the field of Business Trainer at the INTRA Center for Psychological Help and Education. Her passions are traveling, photography and Argentine tango.

Teodor Łukasz Kula
Chief Business Development Officer ESA Logistika Group,
Managing Director ESA Poland (Hitachi Transport System Group)

Over 16 years of experience working in an international business environment, specializing in management, logistics and sales development. Change manager responsible for preparing and executing development strategies for national and central-eastern organizations. An expert on Green Field projects, including the implementation of modern warehouse technologies, oversized transport solutions for the energy industry, and the establishment and development of new business organizations.

Long-term cooperation with many partners from both Europe and Asia. Since 2009, he has been the head of the Polish branch of the ESA Logistika company, which belongs to the global logistics operator Hitachi Transport System. For about a year he has been a member of the Board of the Polish Association of Logistics and Purchasing Managers (PSML), where he is responsible for coordinating the Top Young 100 project, dedicated to young logistics talents. A graduate with a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Katowice.

Wiktoria Gałecka

A student of telematics in transport and logistics at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Chairwoman of the Scientific Club of Logistics „NKL DIALOG” (2019/2020). At the same time she is the Coordinator of the Cloudnine Competition and the Top Young 100 Program, organized by PSML – Polish Supply Management Leaders. Simultaneously she is a Spanish and English teacher. Volunteer of the year 2014.

From the beginning of her career, she has gained professional experience by initiating and running innovative logistics projects, in the field of optimisation and implementation of systems for international companies such as: P&G, DHL or ALSTOM Polska. Her main areas of interest include the broadly understood optimisation of processes, Japanese management philosophies and eco SCM solutions. She puts 100% energy and commitment into each project, takes up new challenges and set herself higher and higher goals. She researches and follows new trends with great divotion and inquisitiveness. Wiktoria appreciates working with people, as much as spending time on travel and sport activities.

In her private life she is an enthusiast of cycling and mountain trips.
