Strategist in the supply chain and passionate about developing talent and teams. MBA graduate with over 25 years of experience in corporations (P&G, Pepsico, GSK, Novartis, Fujitsu). For 8 years he worked in Switzerland, managing the function at the regional level (Emerging Growth Markets, Europe) and global (Head Global Sourcing Marketing). He built global strategies for procurement organizations and procurement categories with annual expenditure of USD 2 billion, implemented by teams saving budgets of up to USD 200 million.
He returned to Poland with deep faith in the human capital of his countrymen, with the aspiration to build a supply chain competence center on a European scale from Poland. As the president of the board, PSML initiated, among others, programs www.topyoung100.com and www.cloudnine.com.pl, acting to promote business involvement in educational processes.

Senior International Manager with documented thirty years of work experience in international environments, creating and effectively managing logistics, distribution, procurement and strategic relationships with suppliers at local, regional and global levels.
Working for over 13 years in one of the world’s largest tobacco concerns, he created from scratch an organization responsible for supply chain management at a production plant in Poland, and then at the group’s headquarters he was responsible for global procurement in the non-production area.
After returning to Poland, he built one of the first Procurement Group in the country with the participation of 10 large companies and for the following years was responsible for negotiating global contracts on behalf of the Group.
Currently, he is a member of the XBS GROUP Supervisory Board and supports innovative solutions offered by XBS in the area of supply chain management.
For over 10 years actively involved in creating an active shopping environment. For over 6 years he has been working socially as a member of the Board of PSML. He is responsible on behalf of PSML for preparing the substantive program of the largest POLZAK Procurement Conference in Poland. Lecturer at the Academy of Leon Kozmiński – post-graduate studies in Procurement Management and undergraduate studies in Trends and Challenges in 21st Century Shopping.

Expert in strategic procurement of “in-direct” type with 18 years of professional experience in an international environment in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, financial and medical industries, of which the last 7 years in senior management positions. In 2011 she obtained the title of Procurement Manager of the Year, awarded by Members of the Polish Association of Logistics and ProcurementManagers, during the 9th POLZAK Congress for the implementation of the supply chain risk management process at Provident Polska SA. She was the longest associated with Provident Polska SA. In 2011, she transformed the procurement function and the position of Director of the Procurement and Supply Management Office. In 2014, in the International Personal Finance plc. Financial group she was promoted to the position of Group Procurement Senior Manager. She led the project of centralizing procurement for the needs of 8 EMEA countries in the years 2014-2015. In 2015, she took the position of the Director of Central Procurement and Administration at Medicover Sp. z o. o. where she was responsible for the centralization of procurement and structures of all companies within the Medicover Healthcare Services capital group.
In the years 2012-2014 she conducted postgraduate classes in supply chain management at SHG. From 2015 – currently she teaches postgraduate studies at ALK – Procurement management in the subject of risk management in the supply chain. Co-organizer of Shortlist Consulting training for advertising agencies and media houses in the field of preparation for tenders for marketing services for the client. Co-organizer of three editions of the conference “In the tender triangle: marketing – shopping – agency” 2015-2017.
Countless speeches at industry conferences (shopping and administration). She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology with a specialization in marketing. She also completed post-graduate studies at the School of Banking in Gdańsk in the field of corporate finance management. Currently, during certification studies in the field of Business Trainer at the INTRA Center for Psychological Help and Education. Her passions are traveling, photography and Argentine tango.

Teodor Kula has more than 20 years working in a multinational business environment, specializing in the management of supply chain organizations and logistics operations, as well as in business development.
An experienced change manager responsible for building and executing domestic and CEE regional company expansion strategies, he is also an expert in “Green Field” activity – which concerns establishing and developing business initiatives, automated warehouse design and special, bespoke project cargo solutions.
Teodor Kula led ESA Logistika Poland for more than 11 years – a company which belongs to the global logistics provider Hitachi Transport System, and he played a leading role in establishing the company as a strong and stable entity in the Polish market. As part of this role he enjoyed substantial cooperation with European and Asian partners.
Recently, Teodor Kula has joined Done! Deliveries, where he is responsible for the transformation of the company into a digital forwarder, as well as for establishing the company as a leading player in European Markets. He believes that by deploying modern information technologies, accompanied by Done! Deliveries’ talented and experienced teams, a solid foundation on which to build international expansion is very much in place.
For more than four years, Teodor Kula has been on the Board of Polish Supply Management Leaders (PSML) where he is the co-creator of a challenging program for young logistics talents called Top Young 100. Currently he is coordinating development of another project called Kolej na Polskę, which aims to strengthen the role of Polish business in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)
In addition he was awarded a Laureate as a part of PSML’s Annual Award in recognition of his contribution towards establishing Poland as a European Center for Supply Chain Management Competencies.

Chairwoman of the Scientific Club of Logistics „NKL DIALOG” (2019/2020). At the same time she is the Coordinator of the Cloudnine Competition and the Top Young 100 Program, organized by PSML – Polish Supply Management Leaders. Simultaneously she is a Spanish and English teacher. Volunteer of the year 2014.
From the beginning of her career, she has gained professional experience by initiating and running innovative logistics projects, in the field of optimisation and implementation of systems for international companies such as: P&G, DHL or ALSTOM Polska. Her main areas of interest include the broadly understood optimisation of processes, Japanese management philosophies and eco SCM solutions. She puts 100% energy and commitment into each project, takes up new challenges and set herself higher and higher goals. She researches and follows new trends with great divotion and inquisitiveness. Wiktoria appreciates working with people, as much as spending time on travel and sport activities.
In her private life she is an enthusiast of cycling and mountain trips.
