The Junior Top Young program is a collaboration of the academic community, managers and young supply chain professionals.
Together, we want to familiarize students with schools with logistic profiles in the broadly understood world of the supply chain by enabling them to participate in a series of events that will take place in their schools.
Our goal is to encourage talented young people to continue their studies at universities and to pursue their passion.
Along with the success of the pilot edition of the Program, it is planned to increase the range of impact on the whole country and to expand to other fields of education.
The objectives of the pilot edition of Junior Top Young
1) Development of interest in logistics as a subject of further education as well as the area of professional development
2) Enriching the curriculum and introducing the specifics of a professional career in logistics
3) Conducting a study on the intentions and motives of young people to make specific decisions about their future (work or study?)
4) Involvement of business and academies in supporting logistics technicians and integration with the teaching environment
