The International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management is the international federation, which unites 43 national organisations for a total of 200 thousand managers and specialist in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Material Management.
IFPSM is a non-political organisation of the non-profit nature, which aims at integrating the Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain environment on the global scale. It organises training courses, seminars and the so-called winter and summer trade vocational schools. IFPSM also certifies trainings organised by the national organisations.
The high professionalism of activists and members of the organisation and the absolute adherence of ethical standards contained in its statute is the fundamental principle of IFPSM.
Thanks to long-term efforts of Prof. K. Rutkowski in the scientific and diplomatic field, PSML in 2010 received the status of a full member of IFPSM. This way, PSML has become the only organisation representing the Polish Logistics and Procurement environment on the international IFPSM forum.
How can we benefit from the membership in IFPSM?
It only depends on us and our activity in PSML. We can participate (at costs) in training at the highest global level, organise e-learning for the Polish managers in accordance with the IFPSM accreditation, gain access to knowledge resources and experiences of individual members, and acquire speakers for our Congresses, trainings and meetings.
